Do you Think You Are Not Intuitive…. Think Again!

Do you think you are not intuitive?  Think again!

Are you are feeling lost, overwhelmed or clueless as to how to start feeling more intuitive and more in touch with your authentic self?  I have a book for you to read.

About a month ago I was lucky enough to be choosen to review the new book The Intuitive Souls Activity Book written by Shan Cox.

Now I am a pretty practical person, but I also like to dabble in the alternative, and I am all about using whatever tools possible to get me through life…even if it means taking a walk on the woo-woo, out there side.  This book is a fun and easy read, with the emphasis on fun. It even inspired me to get my own pendulum back out and using it to help me with everything from what foods will irritate my irritable gut, to asking it some tougher questions about life. So far it has been highly accurate.

But accessing intuition isn’t all about woo and crystals. It is also about being creative, growing plants, wearing clothes that suit you and decorating your home with things you love! So don’t worry… there is something for everyone!

The Intuitive Souls Activity Book includes: Tools to help you understand and access your intuition Fun exercises where you can cleanse your space and learn how to manifest your desires Insightful ways to delve into who you are and ditch beliefs that are no longer serving you.

Ok… so in this world of constant busy and connection to technology all of the time, who doesn’t need some help getting back in touch with our authentic selves?  Manifesting desires and ditching old belief systems sounds like a pretty good idea too.

What I love about this book is that you can flip through it and read what ever appeals to you that day. There are lots of ideas of things to try….because lets face it, even though we all have an inner self and intuition, sometimes we just don’t know how to access it. Most of us do not have hours to devote to this either… but opening a book and finding out some ways to forgive and release, or tap into your body can get you thinking differently quickly. The book touches on all kinds of alternative ways of thinking. And by alternative… I mean positive!

If you have ever been curious about chakras, crystals, manifesting and setting positive affirmations but didn’t want know where to start…then this book is for you. Shan covers everything in a fun and easy way.

I am not a super deep or methodical thinker, and I have the attention span of a flea.  What I love about this book is that I didn’t have to spend hours reading or learning to feel like an intuitive rock star.  The book is broken down into quick fun chapters filled with ways to access your intuition throughout the day. No long hours of meditating in a yoga pose while chanting required. But if that is  your vibe then by all means keep at it.

We are all intuitive, every single one of us. We all have inner wisdom and inner knowledge inside of us that is begging to get out. Shan will help  access your own wisdom and learn to trust it in a fun way. ( why is it that we trust everyone else’s knowledge, opinions and advice but never our own?)

Your life will change when you start listening to the universe and what your intuition is telling you. You will feel calmer, your anxiety will lessen, and you can feel more peaceful. Your body is sending you messages all day long, all you need to do is learn to listen, and learn to trust. This book will help you do that.

  1. Yes! I didn’t discover the amazing power of my own inner wisdom until my life fell completely apart in my late 40s. I was left with only my intuition to guide me through some very tough times and it never failed me. How can you deny that there is a place inside of our brain that has been observing us forever and now wants to help us find a much better way to live? I give lots of amazing examples that happened to me in my autobiographical book: How to Believe In Love Again: Opening to Forgiveness, Trust and Your Own Inner Wisdom
